Founded by Dr. Hootan Zandifar and Dr. Neal Deot — both double board-certified, fellowship-trained specialists — our practice is built from day one to grow into a multi-provider center of excellence. Dr. Hootan Zandifar, MD
Double Board-Certified ENT & Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Zandifar is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained facial plastic surgeon and otolaryngologist specializing in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and scalp. His expertise spans the full spectrum of ENT care affecting the face, nose, and surrounding anatomy, with a philosophy centered on artistry, precision, and natural-looking outcomes.
Dr. Neal Deot, MD
Fellowship-Trained Facial Plastic Surgeon & ENT Specialist
Dr. Deot completed his undergraduate studies in neuroscience at UCLA, medical training at Tulane, and his otolaryngology residency at Upstate Medical University. He completed his facial plastics fellowship in Beverly Hills under the mentorship of Drs. Paul Nassif and Babak Azizzadeh — two of the world's foremost facial plastic surgeons.
